plasma-widget-menubar 0.1.13 has special handling for GTK apps which
insist on using GTK icon names instead of freedesktop.org ones, this
fixes some of the broken icons. You will still get quite a few generic
"wilber heads" icons because GIMP uses lots of "gimp-<something>" icons.
Since KDE icon loader cannot find them, it attempts to use the more
generic version which is "gimp".
