Can you please confirm if this is still happening with the latest version of
ubuntu-sso-client (0.99.6) and latest ubuntuone-client (1.4.0)?
If so, could you please attach to this bug report the logs files?
You can find log files for ubuntu-sso-clien in:
~/.cache/sso/
and for ubuntuone-client:
~/.cache/ubuntuone/log
