The "Show 32130 technical items" suggests that it's not a problem with
the archive, or how USC is reading the archive. Rather it's a problem
with app-install-data, or how USC reads that data -- there are many
things that should be shown by default which are being hidden by
default.
Downgrading to Medium only because no-one else has reported being
affected by this problem.
