Marking this fix-released. grub-pc changed from having update-grub run in
/etc/kernel-img.conf to being run via
/etc/kernel/postinst.d/zz-update-grub
and
/etc/kernel/postrm.d/zz-update-grub
This means that update-grub will now run on installation of a kernel.
It will, however fail on ec2 (bug 623609).
