Public bug reported:
My apologies if this isn't in the right section, I was looking for a
package named "storage" (as per
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/FindRightPackage#Hardware%20Malfunctions)
and was unable to find it, so this was the next best guess.
Anyhow, my Sony CD-RW drive will instantly retract after it's ejected
with ubuntu. This will happen regardless of whether I press the eject
button on the physical drive, or use any kind of eject function within
ubuntu.
This is definitely not a drive malfunction. It will not do this if I run
windows. (Special fstab options for this drive are users,nodev)
** Affects: linux (Ubuntu)
