New update : device.map is not, so i create a new device.map with cmd : sudo grub- mkdevicemap --no-floppy
The device map created : (hd0) /dev/disk/by-id/ata-ST9500420ASG_5VJ4LQ5W (hd1) /dev/disk/by-id/ata-ST9500420ASG_5VJ4M2E5 (hd2) /dev/disk/by-id/usb-SanDisk_Cruzer_077473112A402A57-0:0 (hd3) /dev/mapper/isw_cjffbfddic_ARRAY I don't understand where is the problem, because /dev/mapper/isw_cjffbfddic_ARRAY is my goal when i want to install grub2 boot, so why grub-probe says one error about ARRAY6 ?! (my location for /) I'm trying to add a (hd4) with array6 .. -- Grub2 grub-pc doesn't find good Array in raid device https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/635706 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
