Oops, my mistake, to be specific, I am not sure of the name of the component, just that the ENE Technology MR510 is the current model. When I check lsusb I get ID 0cf2:6250 which is not identical to the bugs above but is identical to bug 571402 another model of Aspire One with Windows 7. I haven't been paying attention.
