Binary package hint: monodevelop

1) Open any text file in MonoDevelop's internal text editor.
2) Click in the window to position the text cursor.
3) Press tab or the left or up arrow key

Focus switches to the sidebar or toolbar instead of moving the text
cursor as expected.
