Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: pm-utils

Under Lucid, on a Dell Latitude D610 (w/ ATI graphics), I have KMS
disabled (radeon.modeset=0) due to performance issues. Unfortunately,
in this configuration, suspend does not work. Suspend is failing due to
the no-fb quirk being set for D610, but /sys/class/graphics/fb0 exists.
If I remove the no-fb quirk, suspend/resume works fine. Suspend/resume
also works fine with KMS enabled.

** Affects: pm-utils (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
