I still believe that this should be fixed, I'm connecting with more and more networks in my work and my college. And I can't believe that my laptop connects to networks with less than 10% of signal, while I have in range APs with over 60%. Right now, my Ubuntu prefers the 12% signal-strength network than the 97% one.
