Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: update-manager
libssl0.9.8 - upgrade using 'update-manager -d' via network connection
When update-manager is installing the packages, a dialog prompts the
user to check if more services should be restarted ; explanations tell
that libssl update may require some programs to restart (defaults to
spamassassin and sshd), etc... This is useless since the system will be
restarted after the upgrade, and the user is likely not to understand
the question. The dialog is blocking the upgrade until the user comes
back and clicks, and it's frightening for average users.
Thanks for your work
