Please make sure that your system is completely updated when you send a
crash report, as otherwise we cannot retrace it. So update, do what
needs to be done to get the crash again and when Apport pops up again,
send the bug report again. Then our server will be able to retrace the
bug to find the place where the crash happened. Thanks.
