Thank you for reporting this bug.
In Maverick, I checked this out and noticed that after installing yelp
via Synaptic Package Manager, not only did not give me a mention of
registering with scrollkeeper, when I opened yelp and searched for SWIG
no listings popped up.
Seems issue confirmed.
