Looking in your dmesg log it appears that it is attempting to connect to the wrong ESSID - "Linking with UVSC-Wireles". As you can see an 's' is getting truncated. Please add an extra character to the ESSID name to see if that resolves the issue. This may be the same bug as bug 74672.
