- Fix Tahoma/MS Sans Serif fallback rules to not affect non-Thai
environments. (LP: #539008, re-addresses LP #434054)
- debian/patches/01_remove_tahoma_fallback.diff: Removed, addressed
differently upstream.
* Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.1 (no changes needed)
