*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 89189 *** Actually this doesn't seem to be a dup of that bug. I had it happen with monodevelop too. First, I have an Nvidia card, second the window isn't missing some graphics, it is completely invisible as if the alpha on the entire window (decorations and all) is set to fully transparent. The problem usually goes away if i turn desktop effects off and back on.
