Hello Duanedesign, I just tried the command and got two messages, the first said the syncdaemon was still running and the second said that u1sdtool has no "c"-Option. So I had a look at the manpage and tried the following:

Oops, an error ocurred: Traceback (most recent call last): Failure: dbus.exceptions.DBusException: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.NoReply: Did not receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken. -----snap----- As the syncdaemon-exception.log file you asked me to attach was empty I also attached the most recent files which were saved apparently by the system.
