Binary package hint: linux-source-2.6.17
I just freed up some space by removing old kernels. I got the following
message at the end of it, presumably from linux-image-2.6.17-10-generic:
The link /boot/vmlinuz.old is a damaged link
Removing symbolic link vmlinuz.old
Unless you used the optional flag in lilo,
you may need to re-run lilo
Needless to say this is rather anachronistic since Ubuntu uses grub not
lilo.
For obvious reasons I'm not willing to try to reproduce this with the
latest kernel package :)
