According to the log file:

Bind on TCP/IP port: Cannot assign requested address

Since myslqd is configured to listen to a specific address:

bind-address            = 192.168.0.4

It probably means that the IP address was not available when the package
was upgrade. Was the sytem disconnected from the network when the
upgrade was run? Is mysqld running correctly now?
