Please see if you remove the line "no-auto-default=00:27:0e:1c:f4:ab,"
from /etc/NetworkManager/nm-system-settings.conf if the situation
improves.

If you use NetworkManager only to manage your network connections, you should 
also be able to safely remove all entries for eth0 from 
/etc/network/interfaces: 
# The primary network interface
auto eth0
#iface eth0 inet dhcp
