Hiya, Thank you for your reply. Another person has also replied to me. I deleted the whole programme and all the residual files and then reinstalled it to solve the problem. I am sorry my information was incomplete but I was feeling a bit freaky because of the circumstances just prior to the programme freezing. I had never had any problems with it before and been using for about 2 years. I think was co-incidence. Probably just a glitch.
