Public bug reported:
I'm running an up-to-date edgy.
If in Emacs 21, I select text (or manually copy through the Edit/Copy
option in menu) from an opened buffer, I cannot paste it in any Gnome
application, nor Firefox.
However, the paste action works perfectly in xterm.
