People can workaround this by adding the following to
/etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.firefox on Karmic and Lucid and
/etc/apparmor.d/local/usr.bin.firefox on Maverick:
/usr/bin/lpstat PUxr,
/usr/bin/lpr PUxr,
