Can you please attach the contents of ~/.xsession-errors, it should
display an error related to the nm-applet crash.

I can click on the nm-applet on the notification area only one time once I log
in. The next time click on it it vanishes from the notification area and the
network manager shuts down and i lose all internet connection.
