Matthias says on IRC that this concerns changing the default install
location to /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages (from /usr/lib/python3.1
/dist-packages) and adding dh_python3. The latter change has about zero
regression potential, and the former seems important to not pile up too
many packages with an obsolete installation path, so I agree that this
should get into Maverick now. Approved.
