Public bug reported:

Alright, I'm not sure to have posted this issue. It's nothing major and,
in fact, I suppose it could be considered a papercut. Anyway I've
noticed that whenever I go to click on "system" I have to usually select
it twice, as the first time the menu doesn't drop down. It almost looks
like it's not caching the menu or something and that it's trying to pull
the entries up but can't Any suggestions as to where I can submit this
bug if this isn't the right place for it? Thanks.

Matt
