Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kde-guidance

Sorry but I didn't know there was a problem until it told me.
Using ASUS AMD64 Z8100D laptop
Have just loaded Kubuntu live 7.04 beta from daily 28 March 07 and done an
update. Update didn't complete properly and I couldn't use Adept package
manager (in use Message). I wasn't concerned but turned the machine off and
later restarted it. That's when the applet appeared.
