Hi there- Sorry for the lateness of my reply. The error is caused by the DRM handling for HDMI. If you are not using DVI or HDMI to hook up your monitor, you could try turning off the HDMI in your BIOS.
My motherboard is too old for this to work, I hope it is better with you. I have been thinking of trying the 32-bit version to see if it is more stable, but I don't seem to have time. Actually, come to think of it, my video is integrated into my motherboard. If you are using a video card you could try swapping it out. Another possibility is to try hooking up a monitor with DVI or HDMI.
