Hi André and thanks for your report.
We appreciate the difficulties you are facing but you describe many issues in
your report which seems specific to the system you are using. In order to help
us help you, it is better to file one report per issue and file the report in
english as more triagers wil be able to understand.
Regarding the problem with initially booting your system and the identification
of your harddrives you should file a bug against linux with the command
'ubuntu-bug linux' . This will collect the necessary information.
About the problem with man-db this is already reported in bug 597017 and I'm
marking this report as duplicate
