Since gwibber doesn't really restricts, and the bug also applies for other
things than facebook, i changed name and description...
Hope everything is fine this way.

** Summary changed:

- gwibber restricts facebook status messages to 140 characters
+ Gwibber errouneously display 140 characters message limit

** Description changed:

- Description: Ubuntu lucid (development branch)
- Release: 10.04

-
- gwibber:
- Installed: 2.29.1-0ubuntu1
- Candidate: 2.29.1-0ubuntu1
- Version table:
- *** 2.29.1-0ubuntu1 0

- 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

- 3)
-
- I have both Twitter and Facebook configured as broadcast account
- destinations. With only Twitter, or both, enabled there is a 140
- characters count-down on the right hand side of the entry panel.
-
- If only Facebook is selected, this does not make any sense (now) as
- Facebook does not limit the entered broadcast message.
-
- 4)
-
- The 140 character countdown is displayed.
+ Gwibber uses a textbox displaying a 140 character limit even if are
+ active only services that accept longer messages (eg: status.net,
+ facebook, google buzz...)
