Public bug reported: Binary package hint: tsclient
TSClient 0.148 rdesktop 1.5.0 Ubuntu Feisty TSClient does not pass through the entered password to the Remote Desktop server (I have to enter the password regardless of whether I enter it on the TSClient window). In addition, it does not save the entered password into the .rdp file it creates. Finally, when I load a preexisting functioning .rdp file (containing a saved password) created with a Windows Remote Desktop client, TSClient does not show anything in the password box, nor does it pass the password thrugh to the RDP server. "rdesktop -u username -p password host.domain.com" successfully passes the password. ** Affects: tsclient (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Unconfirmed ** Description changed: Binary package hint: tsclient TSClient 0.148 rdesktop 1.5.0 Ubuntu Feisty TSClient does not pass through the entered password to the Remote Desktop server (I have to enter the password regardless of whether I enter it on the TSClient window).
