Hi, this seems to be same problem all hylafax have when upgrading from 6.0.3 as shipped with Lucid. Please stop hylafax by hand before upgrading it. Please check that no /var/spool/hylafax/etc is still mounted after stopping hylafax; if it is then unmount it before updating hylafax.
