This happens nearly every cycle. I think developers of packages affected
by non-langpack should adhere more strictly to the UI freeze. If they
want more time to develop maybe they should look in to solving the
issues that causes them to be in the non-langpack group.

16 lines was added to ubiquity on the day of the translation deadline,
leaving no time to translate them.

7 new lines poped in for u1-music store hours after the translation dead
line, leaving negative time to translate them.
