For now, OAuth page shows "Gwibber for Linux by Gwibber". This setting may be 
replaced in the application settings in the Twitter. I guess, it is Kev 
VanDine, who may change this.
As for me, I don't think there is need to display 'Ubuntu' instead of 'Linux' 
and show 'Canonical' instead of 'Gwibber'.

However, any distribution may register another application and replace
Twitter keys in their Gwibber package.
