I agree separate wine-prefix is an alternative but according to how I
understand the issue prefix isn't a workaround. Application profiles are
there to avoid such thing (creating separate wine-prefix for every
application is simply a bad idea). And I mentioned the thing because it
is a bug - maybe a low priority one as it shouldn't stop anyone from
using the software but it certainly isn't a wish. "Applications" tab of
winecfg literally says this functionality has already been implemented
(!), yet, it doesn't work:

"Wine can mimic different Windows versions for each application. This
tab is linked to the Libraries and Graphics tabs to allow you to change
systemwide or per-application settings in those tabs as well."

Either the above information or the functionality should be changed -
that's what I meant.
