I'm wondering if this is a sane thing to do. LOTS of Windows
applications make assumptions about the colour scheme, so this could end
up looking like a mishmash in those cases, and just broken in others.
I'm especially concerned about text here.

Besides, using the Ubuntu colours won't change that the widgets are
Windows widgets, drawn in the basic Windows style.

I think changing these defaults will need _a lot_ of careful regression
testing.
