Public bug reported:
I put an AMD64 Feisty Beta LiveCD into this Compaq Presario V2000, and
it booted and ran the integrity check just fine. But when it came time
to boot into the live system, it began saying that a Critical heat level
(alternately 128C and 55C) had been reached and it went into shutdown
without even starting X. This system ran Dapper i386 just fine, and an
Edgy i386 CD boots successfully.
** Affects: Ubuntu
Importance: Undecided
Status: Unconfirmed
