Rational for the MIR for sessioninstaller: It provides a packagekit compatible session dbus API so that components in gnome (or other software) that use this api will work correctly.
Security: No known security issues, it uses aptdaemon as its backend (just like software-center and update-manager) and policykit for authorization.
