This problem doesn't occur for me with Ubuntu Software Center 2.1.22.3 viewing openoffice.org in zh_TW.
I also skimmed through the descriptions of the first 43 items in "Provided by Ubuntu" (η± Ubuntu ζζδΎ), and could not see any similar errors.
