Lubuntu Maverick 10.10 beta with all current updates.
When launching programs from the applications menu that use gksu for
sudo privileges, invalid password is always returned regardless of the
password being correct or not. If the exec line in the .desktop file is
changed to use gksudo the program will authenticate and launch as
expected. This can also be reproduced through the run dialog.
