Bug description:

Help!  On my Dell Mini 910, when I select the shut down icon, I no longer get a
selection (log off, shut down, hibernate, etc.).  I can only shut down by
pushing the power button.  When the mini boots, I only get the icons for my
folders and the music player.  The main menu pull down menu only gives me
places, system, and quit for choices.  Run Applications-Show list of known
applications is blank.  When I power on I get a message that my disk is full.

When I start the web browser through the deskbar applet search (for browser), I
get two tabs in the browser:  My home page behind another with the adddress:
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/firefox/3.0.11/firstrun/ , which always gives
me
this 404:

"404: File Not Found

/projects/firefox/3.0.11/firstrun/

We are sorry, the file you requested could not be found.

Please check the spelling and punctuation. Our servers are case sensitive, so
also be sure that the address has the correct case. You can use the links on
this page or the search Mozilla feature at the top to find the document you
were
looking for."

Received this computer as a gift at Christmas and didn't do any updates until
last week.  Did them all at once (about a hundred) and haven't been able to use
my mini like I am used to since.  I just want to be able to listen to my music,
read emails, and video conference with my family in Peru.

Is it possible to reset to factory settings either on my mini or from a web
site?  I do have the System DVDs that came with the mini, but no USB DVD drive
to run them on.

Help!
