Binary package hint: penguintv

I was doing an upgrade to maverick and got errors about penguintv not be able 
to install.
It also finally gave me a message that my system might be in an unstable state.
booting to the latest kernel  2.6.35 would not give me the desktop, just a 
login prompt.
booting to 2.6.32 I got the desktop.
