Hello, it seems, that the problem came from a erroneous download. After reporting the bug, I rebooted, but the boot was not successful. I reinstalled a backup of the system recently stored (yes! I did), and I could boot again. Then I retried actualization and it loaded down the packages again and the installation of the updates worked fine now.
So please close this bug report as well as my other bug report #644224 .
