I've started evolution offline and get similar issues: Exchange account will not expand. If I start evolution and disable plugins with
evolution --disable-eplugin my exchange account will expand and everything shows on-line. However, it will never retrieve new mail from the server, or send. Refuses to refresh the folder and stays at 0%. -- When upgrading from 10.04 to 10.10, exchange mail accounts no longer work in Evolution.
