Set the default client launcher to MOZ_APP_LAUNCHER rather than the
executable in our volatile install directory. Define MOZ_APP_LAUNCHER
in the launcher shell script

- update debian/patches/series
- update debian/thunderbird.sh.in' --fixes 'lp:630281'
