Reproduce it this way:
1. With nautilus, mount a remote partition, so that you have it shown in the
resources left pane
2. open firefox on
http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Upload&uselang=ownwork
3. In the "source file" box click on browse: you'll be presented the upload
file window
Now, in the upload file window you should see the mounted partition to,
but you don't.
