Same here. Upgraded from Ubuntu 10.04 to 10.10 (beta) amd64, and managed
Rhythmbox was not
playing any thing, and it was not even adding files to the reproduction list.
So, I disabled the plugin
"Ubuntu One Music Store", then now the player is working fine.
