Thanks for posting your problem. I have not been able to find a solution ( for WIN XP) and have not seen and response to the initial bug report. It's pretty critical as I am teaching students using screen readers and it is very convoluted having to route the screen reader cursor to the PC cursor and then navigate down using the number pad, "right clicking" with star key on the number pad, then arrowing down to the appropriate option. Some now and then (almost once per day) the "file ->attachment" menu item vanishes from my Mozilla Thunderbird. Please, see the attached PNG screen shot. You see here that Thunderbird is showing a message text, and in the bottom line You see that the message has 2 PDF file attached. If I right-click onto the attachment icons I can access them, save, detach, or delete. But if I select the main "file" menu (see PNG image) I have no attachment interface. As long as I use keyboard often then mouse, I have no access to the attachment management. Please, could You help me?
