Is it always Ghostscript which takes 100 % CPU?
Can you do test prints and attach the files which you sent to the
printer and also the error_log as described in the "CUPS error_log"
section of https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingPrintingProblems? Thanks.
Can you also tell which printer(s) are you using, which drivers, and how
you generate PDF files on Ubuntu?
