Since desktopcouch 0.6.6-0ubuntu1, python-desktopcouch has been just a
transitional package.  /usr/lib/desktopcouch/desktopcouch-service and
the desktopcouch python module are actually provided by the same package
now, so this really shouldn't be an issue.

This was a change from debian that was merged back into ubuntu to fix a
circular dependency.  I suspect this was a case of a broken install of
the package, since the install has been fixed now I doubt we could get
to the root cause of this problem.  Closing this bug for now, please re-
open if anyone else experiences this.
